Dirty? I don't understand what could possibly be dirty about Laurie kneeling between two gigantic balls while holding a cup of beer between her teeth. That's just Wednesday in Berlin, isn't it? Oh crap, I just got it! That is sick, Laurie!
There's a big difference between "sick" and "dirty," ok? Sheesh.
